This policy explains how Media Pro Plus Co., Ltd. (“Media Pro Plus”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit themediaproplus.com, send us an enquiry or work with us. It is written with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) in mind.
1. Who we are
Media Pro Plus Co., Ltd. is a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0105566007502), based in Bueng Kum, Bangkok. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our enquiry channels. You can reach us at themediaproplus@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us through our forms: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, event date, venue, guest numbers, the services you’re interested in and your message.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or LINE, including any files you attach.
- Booking details needed to deliver and invoice our services, such as billing contact and company details.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting, security and caching tools and, where enabled, analytics tools.
We don’t ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it to us.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, because you asked us to (steps before a contract).
- To deliver the services we’ve agreed with you or your organisation (contract).
- To keep business, accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To keep this website secure and working, and to prevent spam and misuse (legitimate interests).
We only send marketing messages if you’ve asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Photos and video at events
When we photograph, film or live stream an event, we work on behalf of the client who booked us, and the content is handled under our agreement with that client. We may show selected work on our website and social media where the client agrees. If you appear in something we’ve published and would like it removed, email us and we’ll review it promptly.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed with:
- service providers that help us run the business, such as email, web hosting, cloud storage and messaging apps;
- crew members and production partners working on your event, limited to what they need;
- authorities or advisers where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers, such as Google, WhatsApp and LINE, may store data outside Thailand. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become a booking: up to 24 months.
- Booking, invoicing and tax records: for the period required by Thai law.
- Event photos and videos: as set out in our agreement with the client.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to give you access to and a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete or anonymise it, restrict or object to how we use it, transfer it to another organisation, or withdraw consent you’ve given. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
9. Cookies
This website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, for example for security, caching and forms. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No website or online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential information through our forms.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
